Similar as the Taiko no Tatsujin series, the game is played using a special drum controller (which is not included in the sequel). Additionally Donkey Konga includes a microphone which is used to picking clapping sounds along with your drum beats. Containing music such as the Super Mario Brothers theme, Donkey Rap and the Donkey Konga theme this title is the perfect addition for any Bemani and Donkey Kong fan alike. This second installment of the popular konga music game, feature a collection of hit J-Pop music. Two new mini games are included with the game, which are different from the previous version.<br />

The main selling point of Donkey Konga 2 is over 30 new songs to play with the Bongos.
