The Sims Online is an online world where the Sims are real. You get to be yourself or whoever you want to be. In this world you have your own piece of land to do with as you please. So, you can create a house, coffee bar, dance club, museum or whatever else you can imagine. You can explore the neighborhoods around you and meet other real Sims along the way. You'll also be able to develop a network of real Sim friends to enhance your power, wealth, reputation and social standing.

The Sims Online is a massive online world that you can access at any time. You interact with the world through one Sim that you develop over time. Everything that you buy, build or create will be there when you return.

The Sims placed you in control of an entire neighborhood of Sims. In The Sims Online, players create up to three Sims but only control one at a time, meaning that the relationship between a player and their Sim is much closer. The game not only makes it possible for Sims to leave their house but there is a whole user-created world to explore. Not only can each player build a house for their Sim and have friends over to visit, they can also invite friends to move in. The economic and social interaction system is built to take advantage of having thousands of real people playing. The game incorporates text chat, instant messaging and a wide variety of new gestures for your Sim to use when communicating with other Sims.

themselves "Lutians" rose from the center point of Yue,
known as "Vita Genero." These strange creatues had an ability
forsaken to all other creatures; conscious thought. The Lutians
view the Yue as a source of power and use it for many purposes
including magic.

Many Lutians believe that they were chosen by the Yue,
others believe that they, like other living things were the
result of random creations by it . This led to many
wars and still divides many lutians today.

Over the last hundred years some very strange things
have emerged very close to Vita Genero, where the first
Lutians emerged. These creatures came to be known as the
Nosaeron. They have caused many kingdoms to fall around vita genero,
and seem to have no purpose other than to destroy all life.
Now two kingdoms, Patrian and Ipcus, are fighting over the
nature of these creatures, The king of Patrian believes that
these creatures have somehow disrupted the Yue to use their power
to rule the world, and the king of Ipcus believes that the Nosaerons were
created by the Yue to get rid of the Lutians. The one and only thing the
two kings can agree on is that they must find the true nature of these creatures
and stop them at all costs.Both kings have ordered a call to arms of all their citizens
to discover the true nature of the Nosaerons, and seal them away forever.

Recently the Nagan peoples of Serpentinia have also joined the fight.
Marching on Vita Genero day and night, the nagans have suffered many
casualties and even they have turned to their mortal enemies, the lutians
for help. What secrets lay encased in these ruins? Can the
world survive the truth of the Nosaerons?

Tolkien's Middle-earth during the time of The Lord of the Rings. It is being developed by Turbine and, while the release date has yet to be announced, is expected to launch in the spring of 2007. It was previously called Middle-earth Online, and was a joint production with Vivendi Universal Games.

The Lord of the Rings Online is set during The Fellowship of the Ring after Frodo and company leave The Shire. Players will be able to meet the characters from Tolkien's story, including some of the Fellowship.

As of now, there are 7 playable classes with 4 different races.

Free Trial for Ryzom is unlimited. You can spend as much time you want on the noob island. Noob island in itself is a good game. There is no level limit, although it becomes very hard to level after you get near 50.
