It features multiplayer battles or cooperative settlement in random generated or predefined landscapes with unique physics.

Build your base, mine for resources, develop technology, or simply knock your opponent on the head. You will have trouble finding a game with more variety in gameplay - download the trailer video to find out more.

The game has been freshly ported from Windows to Linux and Mac and is currently in Beta. We would especially love feedback on the two new platforms.

Prepare for an uncommon set of controls which will take a bit of time to master but which will then give you full control over all actions of your crew members in realtime.

Clonk is fully editable. An integrated developer mode with a powerful and fully documented scripting language will leave nothing to be desired if you want to take things into your own and create your own game extensions as hundreds of community players have already done.

The free demo will keep you playing for months. After that, register to get all addons and access the online league.
This simulation is to be used for beginning to advanced astronomers by immersing the player in an accurate simulation of a night sky. Here, they can learn where the constellations are and how to star hop to planets, galaxies, and nebulae.

Ever since I joined my first Astronomy Club and went out under a dark desert sky, I was overwhelmed by how difficult it was to locate constellations since there were so many stars. In the city it is a lot easier to locate constellations since light pollution blocks out the fainter stars, but is also difficult because the lights block out objects I would be trying to find. The hardest thing about astronomy is that it takes practice to truly learn the sky and to take into account for weather conditions, light pollution, and general driving distances.

We decided to create Dark Skies so that astronomers could explore the stars and other objects that they have been wanting to locate before they leave home and make the 60 mile journey to observe.

This is an online multi-player 3D simulator designed with TGE + AFX and is planned for release on Windows, Mac, and Linux. The simulation will create a simulated star party where up to 16 players can join and select one of 3 models of telescopes such as refractors, newtonians, or cassegrains. Players are able to use the telescopes to locate objects and can step away from the instrument without losing the location so that other players can look through the scope and learn where these astronomical gems are located.

Dark Skies is intended for instructing, and for learning experiences at your comfort. Bob, your friendly ranger, will work along side of you to assure your progress and understanding of the mysterious dark sky above.

Crazy Eggs

http://www.greatgamesexperiment.com/game/CrazyEggs/?utm_source=feed&utm_medium=rss

The most popular game in Asia, millions people love this game.Easy play rules. TC:E is a modern world total conversion modification of the free, popular, stand-alone first-person shooter Wolfenstein: Enemy Territory. That is, TC:E is an entirely free game, made by gamers, for gamers.

TC:E is currently being developed by GrooveSix Studios and TeamTerminator. While TeamTerminator is known for the famous Q3 based TrueCombat series, GrooveSix Studios was initiated by retired TeamTerminator co-founder Coroner to develop a Return to Castle Wolfenstein modification that is not released. Thus, as very experienced Q3-based content creators, we hope to be able to serve the gaming community with a quality offering.
Now, the most important question: "What can you expect from TC:E?" TC:E is a tactical-team shooter, set up in a modern-world environment. TC:E puts you into the role of elite mercenary soldier in the conflicts of two internationally operating forces.
As the resident Critter Stomper, your hometown has been overcome by the imminent threat of an onslaught of cute critters! It's up to you, moving from your own town, through numerous locales and ultimately into outer space to stop the critters!

Using the typical dance pad 3x3 grid (with the exception of the middle square, of course), the player must stomp on critters as they appear on the screen.

In classic RPG sense, collect equipment (shoes, socks, shoe laces and aglets - you know, those little things that cap the end of your shoe laces?), level up and collect money through bounties and successful missions crushing the cute-but-monstrous critters.

Play is best with the dance pad, although the entire game can also be played with the mouse (great for Wii players) or the keyboard.

Classic Mode

Classic mode is just like in the arcades! Play a quick round, choosing where to crush the critters, which ones to crush, how long to play and the difficulty. When done, collect your tickets, which can be used to purchase bonuses (cheats, artwork, etc.) or printable rewards!

Awwwww... So Cute!

Crush the Critters has a fantastic artist - Ariel Marsh - who is handling all the great, cartoony style of the game.

Printable Rewards

Printable Rewards are one of the greatest things about Crush the Critters! Why just let the game sit when you're done when you can print out all sorts of things, showing off your accomplishments?

Other Features

Other great features of the game will include:

Unlockable locales (places) and critters for Classic Mode.

Playable on the Wii Opera Browser!

Cheat Modes and Challenges.

Snowman Village

http://www.greatgamesexperiment.com/game/snowmanvillage/?utm_source=feed&utm_medium=rss

In Snowman Village you must roll your snowball along and dodge the various obstacles in your path, gradually making it bigger and bigger. The mod includes nine of your favorite characters who are able to duke it out using numerous beam attacks as well as close hand to hand combat. ESF mixes both elements to bring players intense fast paced with a twist of strategy. Each character is geared towards a different style of play. Some are meant to mainly use energy attacks, while others have the advantage in melee fights.
No matter what style of fighting you like to use, esf has a way to accomadate you.

ESF has been in the making for the better part of three years. The team continuely tries to push the half-life engine to it's limits in order to produce the most playably accurate Dragonball Z game around.
The core game engine is released under the GPL License; however, the prepackaged mod that comes with the standard installation requires that one own a copy of TA to legally play it. There is, however, an official release which uses fully free content, and there are a number of mods, both in development and released, that are also completely free to use.

Spring is being developed by the Swedish Yankspankers and the Spring community. The initial goal was to have the game run the mods and 3rd party units from Total Annihilation. This goal is now mostly complete, and the project has moved on to including additional features. The game is mainly focused around multiplayer games over the Internet or a LAN connection. There are currently no single player campaigns or missions, although there is some basic support for this through Lua scripting. There are also many skirmish AIs under development, allowing for offline play or extra players in an online game. Deluxe Pacman was a very popular Amiga shareware game that garnered many many addicted fans. Now, on both the PC and MAC, it includes all the old bonuses like glue, extra time, guns and gems, but now it is bigger and better than ever. There are many new modes of play and skill levels. Over 100 levels including bonus rounds and even some secret levels too. There are also even more bonus pickups of course, and the graphics and eye-candy have had a nice boost. Profiles make the game even more addictive and we hope to add even more very very soon. This is a much more recent release from us and so is still in active development but it is already at a fully playable, stable and bugfree stage. I played a much larger part in this games development, doing the usual testing and QC, but i also recorded the entire voice set, created all the levels and many of the tilesets are my own. Of course being a part of this one from the start also made it easier to implement many of my own ideas for the game of which many are in :) One of the great bits is in duel mode where you can come back as a ghost and chase round your rivals for some revenge... Image" /> Oh no! Leftover Halloween candy has gone bad, and it's up to you to clean up the mess.

History

This game was put on Newgrounds way back on 11/29/2005, and has broken the 75,000 view mark. This game is also open source; scroll down to see the notice, and scroll further to download the .fla file!

Gameplay

To play, click once on any colored candy with at least one of the same color adjacent. All similarly-colored candies will be highlighted, and text will tell you how many points it'd be worth to collect them. Keep above the minimum score to continue; how long can YOU last?

Cheats

Type c-h-e-a-t while playing and you'll hear "watch this!". Once cheats are enabled, press 1, 2, 3, 4 or 5 to destroy all of the corresponding color (while racking up bunches of points!), or type "s-c-o-r-e" to get the equivalent of 10 candies at once (point value varies by level).

Hints

If you just randomly collect candy, you'll probably make it to level 5 or 6, but if you want any hope of passing further, you need to bunch multiple candies together - you'll get double the points for 4 at once than for 2 twice.

It's also important to get those bonuses! In Candy Catastrophe, you'll get a bonus for each candy that has over 90% collected. Here too, it's better to get one 96% than a few 91%s.

Save vertical candies for later unless taking them helps make a better match - sometimes you'll be able to get rid of a column on either side and can use them then.

The goal is simple - catch the plumbers as they fall from the pipes (remind you of anything?) by holding UP as they hit the giant plant's head. Catch a set amount before they break your pot to continue on.

The game was made as a retro-themed title, imitating the classic, badly-translated, super-odd Japanese games.

The game is still under construction, and after the upcoming Hedonism Games title is completed, it will be updated, as well - numerous problems exist in the game, primarily the lack of sound, lack of variety, the fact the enemies are still visible when they run off the screen and the inability to move while eating plumbers. The other big update will be commenting the code better! As it was made in so few hours, it's rather unclean code...
