There are a multitude of different Main Guns, Secondary Systems, lots of enemies, and two different factions to play for: Nomad Empire or the United Systems. This means that while a majority of game play components (ships, movements, skills, advancement, etc.) is in place - most of the game content is still under development. Even so - Armada Online's alpha game is incredible and complex. There will be plenty for any new player to learn and enjoy and new content is being added continuously. Because it is in alpha status, be patient with any glitches and actively report them and your feedback to the official Armada Online forums to help improve the game for all. That's what open Alpha tests are for.

Earth Under Fire

http://www.greatgamesexperiment.com/game/euf/?utm_source=feed&utm_medium=rss

Earth Under Fire is single player space shooter game.
Originally created as entry for PGD Big Boss Competition 2006
It ended up on the third place. Since then it has been upgraded.

Current version is 0.80 Beta 2 from 19th June 2007. Game campaign
consists of 9 missions connected by story.
It is still beta so I would appreciate any comments or bug reports.

More information about the game is in the Doc directory of the downloadable game archive and on in-game help screens.

Squarez

http://www.greatgamesexperiment.com/game/squarez/?utm_source=feed&utm_medium=rss

Please note that this isn't some fancy game with super-cool graphics or good...sound either. Nope. This is purely a game to see how well I can program in C# using XNA without having any prior knowledge.

With that in mind, it's sort of an action game. It gets very fast paced, and is simple to pick up and learn. You're a square...trying to hit another square. Doesn't get much simpler than that, does it?

There's two modes at the moment. One is Puzzle mode, get from the start to the end in the quickest amount of time possible, and the other is Vs. Cpu mode, try and defeat the computer before you get defeated yourself.

Pazzesco

http://www.greatgamesexperiment.com/game/pazzesco/?utm_source=feed&utm_medium=rss

 The game stars a... thing...
The rest of the storyline is still a working progress...
The gameplay is purely adventure/platformer. There are no enemies in the game, which might scare away a lot of gamers, but its more about story, finding new items, planting seeds, and more.
What makes it unique is the fact that there is no enemies, the art is very cool, and its going to be a storyline with a lot of twists, turns, and comedy.

WARNING: there are 3 things that may come as a bit of a shock.
1- There is no sound... yet. If you have musical skills, please contact.
2-There is a glitch that I am not able to run into at all, but others have seen it. I suspect it may be because of computer specs, but either way if you see this, I'd appreciate if you took a screenshot and explain what you did.
3-There isn't much to do yet... This is more of a tech demo than a gameplay demo, but if you want to help give ideas, etc then please contact.

UR

http://www.greatgamesexperiment.com/game/URTheShmup/?utm_source=feed&utm_medium=rss

 Features:
