Influenced by games like Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Turtles in Time, Streets of Rage, and Spider-Man: Maximum Carnage. You play as a young man named Gene who lost his arm trying to save a girl from some demons. Fortunately, the girl affixed a "God Hand" to you, and now you and your new arm are looking for a little revenge. The God Hand allows you to go into "God Hand" mode and pummel your opponents with unbelievable speed, without having to fear retaliation. When the God Hand runs out, you'll be forced to rely on your quick reflexes to take out the various enemies in the game. The combat system is better than any you'll ever see. With over a hundred different techniques to assign to over 16 button combinations, you'll have a good chance against whatever will come your way.

If you're tired of demolishing baddies, you can take a break with some poker, blackjack, or roullette. If you're looking for a little more baddie beating you can try your hand at the arena. All of these things provide you with money to fund your attack on all things evil.

The soundtrack is one of the best to be heard, mixing surfer rock with some good ol' western tunes. Various moments give way to audacious clapping, and laugh tracks, allowing you to experience the games bombastic humor tenfold.

Speaking of humor, no game uses the word "douchebag" more than God Hand does. Gene has a potty mouth, and he's not afraid to use it. The characters you'll face include a paranoid psychokinetic midget on a rock, a man(?) in a gorilla suit, a slutty temptress, a fat ninja, a group of power ranger-esque midgets, and more. That list doesn't include the hilarious one-liners, poison chihuahua's, and mad slapstick comedy.

Gwabs

http://www.greatgamesexperiment.com/game/gwabs/?utm_source=feed&utm_medium=rss

Gwabs is the first desktop-to-desktop combat game where you can fight your friends in real-time over the Internet. Use your skills, weapons and intellect to survive this Gwab vs Gwab battle royale. The desktop is your arena: use the windows to gain the high ground, utilize icons in the battle for victory, break off a piece of the start bar to use as a deadly weapon!

Take on your friends or Gwab community members through the Battle Manager portal. Challenge opponents using a built-in messenger. There are three rounds in each match with three different fighting modes: a fun match (no stakes), a wager match (bet your gwablets), or a death match (pinks slips for your character). Gwablets (the game's currency) are used to resurrect dead characters, purchase new ones, weapons, and for entry into feeding tournaments. Climb to the top of the world wide leader board to become the ultimate feeder. Challenge anyone within the Gwabs worldwide network for immediate desktop to desktop battles.
This game concept is brought to you by Cory_Ross and _Matt_, Cambrian House community members, and is being developed by Cambrian House in partnership with Hothead Games, along with community members dubbed The Angry Mob.
There's an evil character named Abyss who is destroying the Earth. Ruby Heart discovers this, and characters are sent to destroy him. Unlike the first game, there was only one ending no matter who the game is completed with.

The gameplay has fairly standard fighting controls (two punch, two kick, two assist). There are also combo and super combo moves, as well as combos that can be done with more than one character.
Probably the most unique thing about it is the diverse cast. One side of it comes from all over the comic world, and the other side comes from some of the great 2-D fighting games of all time.
