The basic gameplay is: you build a theme park with rides and shops and scenery. There are many scenarios to play each with the own goals and challenges to complete.

There is also a editor, where you can design your own scenarios. This game adds a few things to the first game, the obvious: new scenarios, slightly improved graphics, more rides, shops and scenery. But other than these there wasn't much this game has to offer that the first one didn't. Even so it is a very good game, with a lot of replayability.
