As either Edward Carnby or Emily Hartwood, explore the now abandoned mansion to discover why Jeremy committed suicide and what terrible secret lies within the walls.

Derceto is widely reputed to be haunted by an evil power. The case is quickly dealt with by the police and soon forgotten by the public. The player assumes the role of either Edward Carnby, a private detective who is to find a piano in the loft for an antique dealer's shop, or Emily Hartwood, a woman who also is to find the piano only for her because she believes a secret drawer in it has a note on which Jeremy explained his suicide, and either character goes to the mansion to investigate. As they enter the house, the doors mysteriously slam shut behind them, but they just continue up to the attic and nothing else seems to happen.
Short horror game written by NiHiLiS

Unleashed

http://www.greatgamesexperiment.com/game/Unleashed/?utm_source=feed&utm_medium=rss

Unleashed is an RPG designed as a "throwback" game, to when RPG's were developed with solid storytelling and hours of gameplay over many of today's "chrome" ladden games.

The engine uses a mix of real-time and turn-based gameplay, and is based partly on the d20(tm) mechanics. The player will be able to create their own characters, and journey with up to five in their party at a time. This game will include roughly 100 hours of gameplay and characters can be advanced into levels well beyond the norm.

Unleashed starts in the town of Briskfield, which has been attacked by animals that have been augmented in the mysterious Blackforge. These half mechanical beasts have turned a once thriving community into a ghost town and the player has been called here by an old mentor, in hopes they will be able to set things right in the realm. The player will explore crypts and tombs, castles and keeps, mansions and ruins, as well as many other locations.

Unleashed is designed to appeal to people who enjoy solid storytelling, extended gameplay, and good old fashioned fun.

Bomb Roller

http://www.greatgamesexperiment.com/game/BombRoller/?utm_source=feed&utm_medium=rss

This is my only large "Full" game. It has 20 medium length levels. You control a bomb that explodes whenever it hits a wall or falls off the level, and the objective is to get the bomb to the end of the level. There aren't any lives, so whenever you die, you start the level over at the last check point. There are a lot of different kinds of tiles, which are explained in the first 10 levels. There is also a continue last game option, so you don't have to finish all the levels in one sitting to win. You can edit the save.dat file to skip a level. It shouldn't be that hard to figure out how to do it .

Enric

http://www.greatgamesexperiment.com/game/enric/?utm_source=feed&utm_medium=rss

Genre:

The rest of the storyline is still a working progress...
The gameplay is purely adventure/platformer. There are no enemies in the game, which might scare away a lot of gamers, but its more about story, finding new items, planting seeds, and more.
What makes it unique is the fact that there is no enemies, the art is very cool, and its going to be a storyline with a lot of twists, turns, and comedy.

WARNING: there are 3 things that may come as a bit of a shock.
1- There is no sound... yet. If you have musical skills, please contact.
2-There is a glitch that I am not able to run into at all, but others have seen it. I suspect it may be because of computer specs, but either way if you see this, I'd appreciate if you took a screenshot and explain what you did.
3-There isn't much to do yet... This is more of a tech demo than a gameplay demo, but if you want to help give ideas, etc then please contact.

Dark Skies Text MMORPG

http://www.greatgamesexperiment.com/game/darkskiesgame/?utm_source=feed&utm_medium=rss

Ninja Rampage

http://www.greatgamesexperiment.com/game/titan/?utm_source=feed&utm_medium=rss
