Brushing the dirt aside he was able to read (after a great deal of head scratching) the faint inscription 'The Avawiffovee Potion' Dizzy remembered his Eggfather had spoke of such a potion. 'It is the only way to rid our land of athletes foot, and it can also be used to destroy the Evil Wizard Zaks.' Dizzy trembled with fear as he recalled these words. Zaks brought fear to the village, he cast spells that turned people old, made men blind and caused it to rain every Sunday afternoon during Cricket. Dizzy was determined to put a stop to all this, he would be the hero of the yolkfolk. He read on... 'Fill a potion bottle with cooked Leprechauns wig, cloud silver lining, Vampire dux feather and some troll brew - cook the potion and throw it at Zaks to dissolve his reign.' Both players get 7 pawns and 1 king on a 8x8 board. The goal is to get your opponent's king or 6 of his pawns. Each turn, the player may select 1 stone and move it straight or in an L-bow. You cannot jump over stones, but you can step onto your opponent's stone to take it. The numbers on your stones indicate the number of tiles they can move in a turn. When the Mastermind option is selected, the stones change in value when you move it. Pawns can get numbers 1-4, while the king only gets 1 or 2. A challenging game!

Setting the Mastermind option (to change the alue of your stones each move) will show numbers on the board so you will know the number you will get when you move a stone there.
This is not such an easy task, however. Many obstacles will be in your path, and it is up to you to determine the best (and sometimes only way) to get around them. Zep has the ability to create special "blocks" by using the life energy from the ground he is standing on. By building the blocks in specific patterns, Zep can alter the landscape to his ability thus allowing him to reach his goal! Again, not everything is as it seems. Zep cannot build blocks while standing on top of just anything. There are many types of ground that restrict Zep's building ability.
Click grouped blocks to make them disappear from the playfield - the number of blocks in the group (two or more) will determind the score given. More blocks together = higher group-clicking scores.

clicking on a single block will cause a 1000 points pentalty to be taken from your score.

If you remove an entire column then a free-column bonus will be awarded for the duration of the free state.

More blocks are being pushed into the playfield from below, slowly at first but then faster as the game continues on, until it is very frantic indeed.

If you need more blocks and the blocks are being pushed on to the screen to slowly then use mouse button two, or the space bar, to bring them on faster. You may want to do this at the start of the game, but once the speed is higher this will be the last thing on your mind!

The game is over when a stack reaches the score-line at the top of the screen.
The fun part is that there are several different dominoe types which perform different actions.
You have one that split in two, one that floats, one that is a blocker, etc, and you have to arrange them in order to be able to knock them down with one push and making sure that one special dominoe that acts like the "goal" is the last one to be knocked down.
The objective is to fill a 9x9 grid so that each column, each row, and each of the nine 3x3 boxes contains the digits from 1 to 9. The puzzle setter provides a partially completed grid.

Completed Sudoku puzzles are a type of Latin square, with an additional constraint on the contents of individual regions. Leonhard Euler is sometimes cited as the source of the puzzle, based on his work with Latin squares.

The modern puzzle was invented by an American, Howard Garns, in 1979 and published by Dell Magazines under the name "Number Place". It became popular in Japan in 1986, when it was published by Nikoli and given the name Sudoku. It became an international hit in 2005.

Home Base

http://www.greatgamesexperiment.com/game/HomeBase/?utm_source=feed&utm_medium=rss

A puzzle game where you must guide 4 blocks to their home bases.
