But instead of curing him, Crawford steals some of his gamma radiation and turns himself into a Hulk-like creature called Ravage. Hulk pursues Ravage to a clandestine force led by a group of supervillains which plan to use the gamma radiation to create an army of radioactive super soldiers. Meanwhile,the Hulk is being targeted by General Ryker.
