Codename: Panzers Phase One is a very satisfying RTS overall. There are a variety of mission styles and objectives and you can play through from 2 different sides. There is the occasional mission that doesn't makse sense or is frustrating, but by and large the experience is entertaining. It might not satisfy a die-hard RTS player, but is enjoyable for casual fans of the genre.
