1998 Activision 3d remake of the arcade game of the same name, but remade into a hybrid of a tank sim, fps and rts.  Also features multiplayer modes including death match and strat.<br />

Like it's predecessor, it's a 3d hybrid of a tank sim, fps and rts.<br />

Whereas the former game took place in an &quot;alternate 1960's&quot; in which the Soviets and Americans were rivals over the newly discovered alien technologies, Battlezone II takes place in an &quot;alternate 1990's&quot; in which humans have joined forces to combat the gathering threat of the alien race of &quot;Scions&quot;.<br />
