You Don't Know Jack is a series of quiz show-inspired computer games which combine trivia and comedy. The games are known for their humor and challenge, as well as simple presentation. The games rarely use graphics, relying heavily on voice acting and text.

The games have recently been revived at the YDKJ official website, where new episodes are released every weekday. These are developed in Flash and are available to play for free within your web browser.
This is not such an easy task, however. Many obstacles will be in your path, and it is up to you to determine the best (and sometimes only way) to get around them. Zep has the ability to create special "blocks" by using the life energy from the ground he is standing on. Image" /> Oh no! Leftover Halloween candy has gone bad, and it's up to you to clean up the mess.

History

This game was put on Newgrounds way back on 11/29/2005, and has broken the 75,000 view mark. This game is also open source; scroll down to see the notice, and scroll further to download the .fla file!

Gameplay

To play, click once on any colored candy with at least one of the same color adjacent. All similarly-colored candies will be highlighted, and text will tell you how many points it'd be worth to collect them. Keep above the minimum score to continue; how long can YOU last?

Cheats

Type c-h-e-a-t while playing and you'll hear "watch this!". Once cheats are enabled, press 1, 2, 3, 4 or 5 to destroy all of the corresponding color (while racking up bunches of points!), or type "s-c-o-r-e" to get the equivalent of 10 candies at once (point value varies by level).

Hints

If you just randomly collect candy, you'll probably make it to level 5 or 6, but if you want any hope of passing further, you need to bunch multiple candies together - you'll get double the points for 4 at once than for 2 twice.

It's also important to get those bonuses! In Candy Catastrophe, you'll get a bonus for each candy that has over 90% collected. Here too, it's better to get one 96% than a few 91%s.

Save vertical candies for later unless taking them helps make a better match - sometimes you'll be able to get rid of a column on either side and can use them then.

Note: Open Source Game

This game is open source: if you want to change or edit this game in any way, or even keep it the same, then reuse it anywhere, go right ahead! Acknowledgement would be wonderful, but is not necessary; at the very least, I'd be honored if you just let me know it helps in some way!

Wetdike

http://www.greatgamesexperiment.com/game/WetDike/?utm_source=feed&utm_medium=rss

A version of klondike / patience / solitaire . Image" /> There's a fair few "reaction tests" across the internet, and most of them follow one cliche idea or another - click at the right time, click the right amount of times and so on. This one is slightly different, and requires a bit more thinking than the standard methods.

There are two things to focus on, each of them a ring with 15 circles. You can rotate the outer ring with your mouse. When the colors of each of the circles match up, click the left mouse. If you've aligned them properly, you'll get points and extra time. Otherwise, you'll just lose some points. Then, the colors reset and you try again. Try to get the most rings possible in a minute and earn yourself a highscore!

There are 3 gamemodes, and 8 "skins".

Also, the song featured is named Obscurity, written by Dark Nebula.

Ball 4 Revamped

http://www.greatgamesexperiment.com/game/ball4r/?utm_source=feed&utm_medium=rss

Guide your ball through 100 small levels, attempting to make it through in the best time.

Tilt!

http://www.greatgamesexperiment.com/game/tilt/?utm_source=feed&utm_medium=rss

<img style="float: left; clear: left;" src="http://static.greatgamesexperiment.com/userimages/8/81956f27904f7e244bd5a1ef2becbbb7_sq.gif" title="Tilt! The gfx are by me, the sounds are by me (including the grunts and oofs) and we got some very nice music made for us by the talented "infamous". The tough part is all by Edgar though, without him these games wouldn't happen.

Collect fruits, find keys, press switches and open doors to make your way through the kastle. Dodge the twizzly boxes of doom, jump the lava and watch out for the traps. The remake did ok in the competition but the game turned out as great as i hoped. Its a joy to play, in fact only yesterday i played it through once again.

We are now working on a version which includes the room editor for a collaborative project. A whole new set of user made rooms with some new twists and traps. Hopefully that'll be underway soon.

DUOtris

http://www.greatgamesexperiment.com/game/duotris/?utm_source=feed&utm_medium=rss

DUOtris is a take on Tetris (GB). Instead of blocks coming from the top, and fall down, blocks come from both top and bottom, and gravitate towards the middle.

The aim of the game is to get the highest score possible. Points are scored by moving the falling blocks on both sides of the play area so as to arrange 3 or more blocks of the same colour together. These blocks will then disappear causing any blocks "above" them to fall and possibly create further combinations. The game ends when either stack of blocks crosses the game over line. Over time the speed of the blocks increases, more colours are introduced and the play area becomes narrower.

There are two different game modes: Classic where there are just blocks falling, and Arcade where you get powerups and special blocks.

Ballistic

http://www.greatgamesexperiment.com/game/ballistic/?utm_source=feed&utm_medium=rss

In Ballistic you rotate the world around a little ball.
