Win high warrior ratings (by using less mech or smaller mechs than needed, completing objectives, etc.) and you'll get chance at a promotion trial where you face superior odds in an arena. Buy and equip your 'mechs, hire pilots, and fight in a wide array of campaigns against rebels, pirates, the Clans, and even other houses of the Inner Sphere. In the Merc mode you will have to keep an eye on stocks of salvageable material, and use this to designate which Mercs are built next, while Story Mode plays like a straight-ahead action game. Actress Victoria Morsell spent months in front of a bluescreen filming the hundreds of actions players could direct her character to perform. The game was released on seven CDs to accommodate the massive amount of video generated by this process. Today it still stands as a record of sorts for the largest number of media cuts used in a game, though several other games including an adventure game based on The X-Files television series have matched it in the sheer number of CDs used. However, if it were to use modern day video compression codecs while keeping the same resolution, the game could probably have shipped on as little as one or two discs. On the other hand, however, the seven discs were used to highlight the seven days, during which the story takes place - the game could easily fit about five discs, even without the advanced video compression. Also, it is worth mentioning that large portions of data were repeated on each CD, to avoid disk swapping when playing the game.<br />
<br />
The game script was about 400 pages long, four times the size of a regular movie script, and an additional 100 pages of storyboards set the style for the over 800 scenes in the game. The game required four months of filming alone and over 200 persons were involved in the production, not counting the Gregorian choir of 135 persons that was used for parts of the music in the game.<br />

The basics of the game are like any normal pinball table.  You have flippers and you have to hit the ball into bumpers and certain areas to get points.  However, 3-D Ultra Pinball goes beyond what a standard pinball table can do.  Lasers will shoot your ball, ships will pick it up and take it places, and tanks will attack it. You can choose from five different lakes to go test your angling skills.  There are numerous different rods, lures, and bait to choose from to catch fish in the best possible way.  Casting can be done in two different ways, either by clicking with a target where you want to cast or using the mouse in a more natural fashion.  There are two different modes of play in the game, allowing you to enter fishing tournaments or just fish for fun and relax. The team is made up by Boston Low, a retired astronaut, Dr. Ludger Drunk, an archaeologist and geologist, Maggie Robbins, a reporter and linguistics expert, Ken Border, the shuttle pilot, and Cora Miles, NASA technician and political candidate.<br />

Each player (human or computer) controls an army which can be split up into smaller units and has to try to conquer the playing field and its resource-generating factories in a Risk-style manner of play.<br />

Cloak, Dagger and DNA was developed by Oidian Systems and was planned to be part of a family of games around the theme of genetic algorithms, unfortunately interest was lacking and Oidian went out of business. It was also ported to the PC and GBA and is available in emulated form on the PS2, PSP and the Wii. The game was released in 1995 and was noted for its original premise and amazing graphics and sound which pushed Sega's 16-bit machine to its limits. <br />
<br />
The game is essentially a one-player side-scrolling beat 'em up with a twist. The unique aspect of the game is quickly revealed to be its presentation. The player is in control of Sketch Turner, a comic book artist who is trapped within his own comic creation. The levels are literally panels of Sketch's comic. Each level consists of two pages some with alternate routes, each with different art and puzzles. Powerups and secrets are revealed by literally ripping paper and Sketch can even find help in the form of his pet rat Roadkill, who is trapped with Sketch and can be used in a fight or to help with solving a puzzle.<br />
<br />
There are three episodes containing two levels, each with unique backgroud art consistent with real-life comic books.
